Shinawatra Seals deal for Manchester City
About time.
An announcement through plus markets, making Franks offer unconditional has been posted at around 13.37 today.
It would appear that he has not yet hit the 75% mark but has waived that part of the deal.
Let the signings begin.

Never realised until I read the MEN article how much this deal had cost Wardle & Makin. They are all-time blues heroes in my book, second only to Joe Mercer and Colin Bell. Well done guys - and thank you!
