The end of Bitter and Blue

Well sort of.

This will be the last post on Bitter and Blue in its current guise as from today the blog has moved to join the team over at SBNation.

It was a tough decision to make and it will be strange to have the blog elsewhere after four and a bit years at its home here on Blogger, but I feel it is a really good opportunity to join up with them. For those who may not know much about SBNation, they have really become a big deal in the world of sports blogging over the past 12-18 months or so and average around 50 million page views per month across their whole sports network.

They are now looking to really expand their football coverage and have asked me to come on board and as they expand their focus on the Premier League. One of the impressive features over at SBNation is the facility for readers to post links to articles, videos or even put up your own blog posts on Bitter and Blue.

For those of you who currently subscribe via RSS feed, it should automatically update but there is also a subscribe facility at the new blog.

Thanks to everyone who has stopped by these past few years to read the blog. Hope to see you over at the new place.

vote it up!

Cheers, mate! I live in the US and relied upon you religiously for City news and updates. Glad to know the show will still go on. Best of luck in the new digs.

Selling your soul for a quick couple of quid, eh?

Maybe it will encourage you to start writing more of your own articles and not just ripping news story after news story.

Im in the same position as Kevin. Im in the states and rely on Bitter and Blue and TLDORC as my two main blogs. Thanks for the great blog, and I'll be following the other site.

Well. sincere congratulations on getting paid for your writing, but I'll be glad to see the back of another negatively titled blog. 'bitter and blue', I ask you. it does nothing to help the perception that the press only accept the stereotype of the Swalesian, United obsessed, long suffering city fan.

bon voyage. many good times ahead.

again, good luck danny. the irony of using 'bitter and blue' arguably worked because you were such a good media outlet for city, and i guess you can't/wouldn't change it now (and far, far better than 'Man U ruined my life'). I'll still be reading on SB - but hope americanisms like 'meet with' don't start slipping through! on that note, do you think they can delete the 'the' before Manchester City in the line at the top right of your new blog: 'Welcome to the SB Nation blog about the Manchester City by Danny Pugsley.'????

cant believe the negative knockers on here, why dont you lot try writing your own blog instead of slagging off Danny and the effort he's put in on here for the last four and a bit years, if you lot only knew the time and effort he'd put into the b&b blog you'd maybe have wished him luck..

Hi, I just want to share my experience with everyone. I have being hearing about this blank ATM card for a while and i never really paid any interest to it because of my doubts. Until one day i discovered a hacking guy called MR GEORGE. he is really good at what he is doing. Back to the point, I inquired about The Blank ATM Card. If it works or even Exist. They told me Yes and that its a card programmed for only money withdraws without being noticed and can also be used for free online purchases of any kind. This was shocking and i still had my doubts. Then i gave it a try and asked for the card and agreed to their terms and conditions.. Four days later I received my card and tried with the closest ATM machine close to me, to my greatest surprise It worked like magic. I was able to withdraw up to $3000 daily. ATM has really change my life. If you want to contact them, Here is the email address georgewilder402@gmail.com
