And back to where we started...
With late in the season fixture changes and postponements coming in to play at all levels of the Club, we can now advise on revised fixtures for the weeks to come.>>mcfc.co.ukWe can now officially confirm that the Manchester City v Chelsea Barclays Premier League fixture set for Sunday April 6 will now take place on Saturday April 5 at 3.00pm.
No doubt Sky were none too please at losing a fixture they had moved to the Sunday, but Chelsea's partcipation in the Champions League quarter-final means the second leg will be played the following Tuesday so the game has been switched back to the original time and date.
It begs the question though - considering it was likely Chelsea would be in the quarter-finals, why was the game switched in the first place?
